Pierre, a state-registered nurse (IDE), assists Dr SEIVERT in the operating theatre. He is also involved in surgical planning, coordinating the surgical pathway and monitoring post-operative care. His role is to ensure smooth organisation, clear communication and personalised support both before and after the operation.

Virginie and Cléa, medical secretaries specialising in orthopaedic surgery, welcome patients to consultations and manage the administrative aspects of their records. They coordinate appointments and further investigations, and act as the main points of contact for answering patients’ questions throughout their care journey.
